Our Return Policy:
-All sales are final.
-No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. We may refuse a refund request, if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
-Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be processed.

-We do not accept exchanges but we do return in the form of store credit and repurchasing any items on our site .
Our Rights Regarding Returns:
-We reserve the right to reject and or refuse any returns that have been worn, laundered, damaged or altered in any way. Any customer with an excessive history of returning items will also be refused and or rejected.
Shipping Information:
-Please note that we provide an estimation of when your item will be shipped, factoring in processing and not including weekends and holidays.
-All orders are subject to a processing period which is separate from the time it takes the item to reach its destination. After your payment is authorized and verified standard orders can take up to 5-15 days to ship. Do note that this is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.
-Currently we only offer standard shipping which is estimated at 3-7 days shipping.

Can I cancel an order?
-Unfortunately orders cannot be canceled once submitted as we are immediately processing in order to get the item to you. This includes changes to your billing/shipping updates,adding or removing items or changes in sizes or color. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Tracking Information:
-Tracking information will be provided when items are purchased.
-Once an order is made, ownership of packages are turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
